Your Community Education Plan
Produce a practical, ethical blueprint for a small learning community.
Build the plan
Create a proposed six-week introductory study group, with meeting purposes, publicly sourced readings, accessible formats, optional exercises and clear feedback mechanisms. It can be held without paid software or required purchases.
Provide a separate code of conduct, consent policy, confidential reporting process, financial statement and data-retention plan. List who will maintain each policy and how participants can request changes.
Evaluate openly
Consider how a new learner, a former coven member, a person with disabilities and someone unfamiliar with Wicca might experience your program. Ask whether the materials explain history without imposing one theology or making unsupported promises.
A successful final project shows the ability to educate and care for people responsibly, not the assumption of initiatory leadership or automatic religious credentials.
Put it into perspective
Write a six-week educational program and append a one-page governance and privacy policy. Label it as a public study-circle proposal.
Save a written assignment
Use the lesson's study practice to write an original response, record your sources, and revisit it later. Students may save a draft or submit it for instructor review; feedback requires an available authorized reviewer.
