What to understand
A small digital exhibition can introduce visitors to a movement using original captions, dated primary sources, photographs with permission, and clear distinctions between facts and traditions. The strongest exhibits do not simply reproduce someone else's book: they offer a curatorial argument that visitors can evaluate. Care must be taken with copyright, living people's privacy, and material a coven considers private. Permission to preserve a document privately is not necessarily permission to display it on a website.
Your practical assignment
Plan a five-object exhibition titled 'Wiccan Life in the Late Twentieth Century.' For each hypothetical object write its date, creator, provenance, rights status, caption, and one question it raises. Include an explicit publication-permission checklist.
Use this resource for context, and compare sources where possible. It is not an endorsement of all claims made in related traditions.
