BUILD A TRUSTWORTHY HERITAGE RESOURCE

Help us earn trust.

We welcome proposals from qualified historians, archivists, experienced practitioners, educators, and people with legitimate historical research leads.

We do not currently claim an appointed academic board or independent peer review of all articles. A self-reported title or affiliation is not accepted as verified expertise. We evaluate contributions for their historical value, evidence, permissions and editorial suitability before considering publication.

What we'd especially value

Unpublished or neglected public historical leads; permissions-based research about local Wiccan communities; corrections to dated claims; expertise in archival preservation, religious studies, safeguarding or curriculum assessment; and original analyses that identify primary and scholarly sources. This is a free, voluntary proposal process—not a job application, guarantee of publication or promise of a paid role.

Do not submit confidential coven ceremonies, private photographs, identifying information about unrelated people, medical records, or copyrighted documents without authorization. The form accepts descriptions and a reference link, not attachments. A proposed interview should describe the project without revealing a person's private testimony.

We store the name, email, proposal, optional affiliation and any link you provide to assess the submission and contact you if appropriate. Submissions remain private to authorized administrators; we do not automatically publish them, send them to an external mailing list, or guarantee an individual response. Avoid including confidential content. Read our privacy policy and editorial standards.
